Rachel Hebbard | Managing Director

  • Driven to work collaboratively, and support people to step into their potential, Rachel consistently leads highly effective teams. From this, she has been applauded for producing breakthrough results on national and international levels.

    With a background in sales and people management, she understands bringing iconic brands to life through stories, teamwork, and perseverance. She appreciates the value of teams, the impact of training and developing people, and the results that can be achieved when a group performs for each other.

    She brings a world of practical experience together, with a passion for supporting the delivery of projects, that create a positive impact for business owners.

Sharon Seyd | Managing Partner

  • Throughout a 35 year career, Sharon has remained committed to education and training in business practices that empower relevant solutions. She has done this privately through her consultancy Mosaic since 1997 and in writing, developing and delivering arts business courses for: VCA, Melbourne University, teaching at Deakin and facilitating Jumpleads NFP community development programs. Her personal passion is assisting people to develop skills and to learn through leadership, with a particular empathy for the entrepreneurial spirit and its creative pursuits.

    Sharon is also an Arts Business Specialist and Producer. She has started and led 3 arts and production based organisations, producing hundreds of high profile projects for: theatre, film and live events. Collaborating with some of the worlds most prestigious artists and companies, both nationally and internationally, she is practised in producing cultural programming results in a broad range of artistic media and staging contexts.
