Option 1 - Brains Trust Program
Our Brains Trust Program is delivered via weekly 1on1 online sessions, to support business owners through: growth; transition; immediate projects.
A weekly 1 hour session provides an opportunity to ‘Offload’ and discuss current challenges, opportunities, or blocks. Allowing for the development of a clear action plan, that we create together. Then, both the Offload Now team and business owner can share the work of progressing options to systemise tasks and staff appropriately for success [and a clearer head!!]
The Brains Trust Program is available to a limited number of business owners over a 12-week commitment, with further options for support available on completion.
In addition to the 12 x 1 hour online sessions, the Offload Now team provide up to an additional 18 hours of support, research & implementation resources to align with &/or progress the priorities defined during your 1 on 1 sessions.
