Phase #1: Shaping your project
Discussions & initial research about your organisation or the specific issue - to fully understand the challenge that needs to be addressed. This may include site visits, review of records/data, reading documents &/or other information you provide to inform the project.
Then, a specific work plan, accountability & schedule is provided and confirmed
Phase #2: Implementation
Working to the plan, we will organise & mobilise the necessary resources; time, people & skills.

Phase #3: Completion
